Ordering
You can send your order via e-mail, fax, telephone or postal mail. Do not include credit card information in an e-mail. You can telephone with payment information. Use the order form to ensure that all of your choices have been specified. Your order must be accepted by us for it to be considered a confirmed order. This includes our acceptance of you art and confirmation of a due date.

Payment
Advance payment in full is required for all political campaigns. Payment may be in the form of check, money order, credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Timelines
Most products have a default ten day turn-around time. Rush charges may apply for tighter deadlines. Rush orders will be accepted based on our ability to meet your deadline.

There is some variation of delivery time based on product type. Check the turn-around time listed for each product.

Shipping charges
Shipping costs apply to any jobs that are not picked up from our facility in Minneapolis. Shipping costs will be quoted, based on the distance shipped and the weight of the shipment.
